1. Texts, translations and interpretation
The Arabic Quran, a published translation of its meanings, a transliteration and an editorial explanation serve different purposes. AQL identifies published Quran translation editions separately; selecting an interface language is not a licence to rewrite those editions. Article and interface translations may be incomplete or assisted by software and should not be represented as independently certified scholarly translations.
Hadith references and grading should be read with their source and context. Reports about history or the signs of the Hour can have different levels of authenticity and interpretation. Educational explanations are not personalised religious rulings or predictions that a specific contemporary event fulfils a narration.
2. Corrections
Email Admin@hereaftercorp.com with “AQL content correction”, the title or screen, the exact passage, language, app version and a reliable reference explaining the concern. For Quran text, include surah, ayah and selected translation. For audio, include reciter, chapter and approximate playback position.
We will assess the report against the source and update or remove material where appropriate. Reporting a concern does not require a subscription. We do not promise a fixed resolution date for every scholarly question, but you can ask for the status of your report.
3. Rights and permissions
Hereaftercorp owns or uses permission for AQL’s original materials. Third-party translations, recordings, articles, photographs and other works retain their respective rights. Access to the app does not transfer those rights to you. Any specific licence notice accompanying a work continues to apply.
If you believe content infringes your rights, email the location of the material, identification of the work, your relationship to the rights holder, contact details and the basis of the claim. Provide enough information to investigate without disclosing unrelated personal information. We may seek clarification or restrict disputed material during review.
4. Illustrations and private drafts
Artwork is illustrative; it is not documentary evidence of a historical event or a claim about a sacred person’s appearance. Private Member Reads drafts are not submitted for publication. A public contribution service would require separate submission terms, privacy disclosures and moderation controls before it is offered.
5. Responsible use
Use a qualified teacher for religious questions needing individual guidance. Counters and reward references are practice aids, not certification of spiritual reward. If content or a translation appears wrong, check the original reference and report it rather than relying on the error.
